Sales And Marketing System
Cesan has 3 separate warehouses. Because of the long manufacturing time of exhaust system, we must follow up continuously all products types for giving fast and very good quality sales service.

Cesan Company encompasses 22000 m2 facility in total. The product range includes more than 500 products. It has a production capacity of 200.000 mufflers/year.

In our factory, all of the components forming the muffler body (silencer, flange, bracket and hanger ...) are manufactured. In the near future, the range of activities will be extended to other domains.

As a result of his quality policy Cesan is always using good quality raw materials supplied by prestigious firms.

Units of Production:

Die manufacturing Section: The dies are manufactured in specialized die manufacturing section.

Machining Section: Drilling, deburring, gear manufacturing operations are performed on the materials to be used in production .

Pipe Bending Section: Bending, cutting and bulging operations are executed on the tubes and pipes to be used in muffler assembly.

Press Section: Deep drawing, forming, punching, blanking, stamping and embossing operations are performed with eccentric and hydraulic presses with tonnages in the range of 5-350 tons.

Seaming Section: The muffler body of the silencer is manufactured in specialized machines executing operations of stretch flanging and seam locking.

Friction welding section: The glass fiber is incorporated in the muffler with interior parts and friction welding is used to obtain good impenetrability.

Welding section: The auxiliary accessories are assembled to the main body.

Painting Section : There are 2 different units of painting in Cesan. One is electrostatic and the other one is rapid.

Warehouse: Cesan has 3 warehouses on 1000 m2 area.

Quality Control Section: Cesan is using the latest material and test material systems. The checks are done regularly in three different phases by the quality control section such that: Inlet control, production control and transportation control.
