Cesan has 3 separate warehouses. Because of the long manufacturing time of exhaust system, we must follow up continuously all products types for giving fast and very good quality sales service.

Product
Cesan Company encompasses 22000 m2 facility in total. The product range includes more than 500 products. It has a production capacity of 200.000 mufflers/year.

CESAN
The main environnemental effects of traffic are noise and air pollution. In trafic the sources of noise produced by vehicle use are muffler and suspension systems. The vehicle noise depend on the motor power, speed, vehicle type and the inclination of the road. At this stage ,the muffler is very important.

The automotive companies design muffler systems by doing some series of tests. The computations are done with respect to technical standards (TSE.). These computations depend also on types of vehicles.

If a muffler not suitable for vehicle design is mounted, as gases will not be ventilated at the satisfactory levels of speed and pressure, noise and air pollution will be generated.

The most important source of motorized vehicle emissions being muffler system, the fuel tank (%5-7), carburetor (%5-10) and carter ventilation (%18-22) are important contributors as well.

Cesan attributes great importance to the environnement and health. The manufacturing plant is constructed considering minimized hazardous conditions for workers. Cesan is not using obnoxious chemical materials that may create health hazards.

Cesan manufactures in making tests and analyses during the production stages in order to minimise the environmental pollution.
